The Good Hope Property
Reno Gold Corp. has a 60% interest in the Good Hope Property. Global Minerals Ltd. is the registered owner of the 107 claims and remains as the operator of the property. Dr. Hans E. Madeisky B.Sc., M.Sc., DIC, Ph. D, P. Geo acts as the Consulting Geologist and has over 32 years of exploration geology experience worldwide.
The objective on this property is to define a deep drilling target which may lead to the discovery of a Carlin-type gold mineralization hosted in Paleozoic sediments, preferably “lower plate” rocks. This property has already been the subject of several concerted exploration efforts, and although these efforts were directed primarily at discovering near-surface gold/silver resources, the data already collected could substantially aid in the campaign of exploring for deeper Carlin-type targets.
A technical report (read this report...) on the Good Hope Property was prepared by Donald Jennings B. Sc. Licensed Professional Geologist (Idaho, No. 404). The purpose of this report was to provide an independent evaluation of the exploration potential of the Good Hope property, and to summarize the data on which this assessment is based. Furthermore, recommendations were made to undertake specific exploration programs in order to determine the extent of precious metals mineralization as it is currently known and understood on this property. This report conforms to the guidelines of NI 43-101.
Reno Gold Corp. has completed the Good Hope Property CSAMT Survey and GIS Database (read this report...). The conclusions and recommendations by James L. Wright M. Sc. have defined the Company’s 2007 drill targets.
