About Us

President - Paul Diana CFA MBA

Paul Diana joined Reno Gold Corporation in October 2007 with the primary focus of moving Reno Gold Corporation forward and to the exploration stage.

Mr. Diana has worked at the highest levels of management at HSBC Financial, Manulife Financial, BMO Nesbitt Burns, and Bank of Montreal. Mr Diana also spent 13 years with Bank of Montreal holding progressively more responsible positions with Portfolio & Risk Management, Asset Management, and Nesbitt Burns.

Mr. Diana has an MBA from the University of Windsor, BA from York University, and received his CFA charter in 2004.

Director - L. Joshua Eikov

Josh Eikov has served a variety of public and private companies in managerial and investment banking roles and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University and the Executive Compliance Program at Tulane Law School. Mr. Eikov has also received a certificate in Negotiation from the University of Windsor Law School. Mr. Eikov has held Director positions on the boards of Hurricane Consulting, Team-Defense and KIDS.

Board Member - Robert Fedun

Mr. Fedun, once held a senior position as the Canadian Vice President, of a Gas Compressor Manufacturing Company. He was in command of Marketing and Engineering Gas Compressor Packages sold throughout Canada, Europe and the United States of America. His experience in all phases of the Oil and Gas industry expands over 30 years.

Additional experience consists of president and director of several public companies that have traded on the Canadian and U.S. stock exchanges. The companies were involved in the Oil, Gas and Mining sectors. His responsibilities included management, raising capital, and seeking potential lucrative joint ventures.
